Today I arrived on site and performed a summer time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Attic):** * Verified the indoor unit is in good condition. * Confirmed the indoor coil is clean and in good condition. * Replaced the pleated 1" filter (size 12x24x1) with a spare provided by the customer. * Inspected the blower wheel, primary drain pan, secondary drain pan, electrical wires, and ductwork; all are in good working order. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump on Side of House):** * Verified the outdoor unit is in good condition. * Confirmed the outdoor coil is clean and in good condition. * Tested and inspected the blower motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring; all are working properly within manufacturer's specifications. **System Performance:** * Measured a return air temperature of 74.0°F and a supply air temperature of 52.7°F. * Cleared the condensate drain line
