Today I arrived on site and performed a summer time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit (Air Handler):** * Located in the closet, the air handler services the whole home. * Replaced the pleated 1" filter (16x20x1) with a spare provided by the customer. * Confirmed the indoor coil was clean and in fair condition. **Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump):** * Located on the side of the house. * Confirmed the outdoor coil was clean and in fair condition. * Tested and inspected the blower motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring; all are working properly within manufacturer's specifications. * Inspected the blower wheel, primary drain pan, and secured electrical wires; all are in good condition and working properly. **System Performance:** * Return air temperature: 77.0 Degrees Fahrenheit. * Supply air temperature: 59.0 Degrees Fahrenheit. * Cleared the condensate drain line, cleaned out
