Today I arrived on site to perform a summer time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. **Indoor Unit Service:** * The mini split indoor unit, servicing the whole home, is in fair condition. * Washed the washable filters. * The indoor coil is clean and in fair condition. **Outdoor Unit Service:** * The mini split condenser, located on the side of the house, is in fair condition. * The outdoor coil is clean and in fair condition. **Component Testing & Inspection:** * Tested and confirmed the blower motor, contactor, and electrical wiring are operating within manufacturer's specifications. * Inspected and confirmed the primary drain pan and electrical wires are secured and in good working order. **System Performance:** * Cleared the condensate drain line and cleaned out the primary pan. * The return air temperature was 72.0 degrees Fahrenheit, and the supply air temperature was 48.0 degrees Fahrenheit. * Restored power to the units and tested the thermostat opera
