Today I arrived on site and performed the following maintenance and service activities: **Indoor Unit (Package Unit, Air Handler):** * Observed the unit to be in fair condition. * Verified the indoor coil is clean and in good condition. * Confirmed the blower wheel, primary drain pan, and electrical wires are secured and in good working order. * Replaced the filter with a pleated 1" filter, size 16x20x1. **Outdoor Unit (Side of House, Heat Pump, Package Unit):** * Verified the outdoor coil is clean and in good condition. * Tested and inspected the blower motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring; all are working properly within manufacturer's specifications. **System Performance:** * Cleared the condensate drain line. * Measured a return air temperature of 73.0°F and a supply air temperature of 62.0°F. * Restored power to the units and tested thermostat operation.
