Today I arrived on site and performed a summer tune-up. **Filtration:** * Replaced the pleated 1" filter (size 16x2x1 12x24x1) with a spare the customer had available. * Checked the filter. **Outdoor Unit:** * Observed the outdoor coil in fair condition and cleaned it. **Electrical Components (Working Properly):** * Tested and inspected the blower motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring. All are working properly within manufacturer's specifications. **Components Inspected (Good Condition):** * Inspected the blower wheel, exhaust flue, primary drain pan, secured electrical wires, and ductwork; all are in good condition and working properly. **Condensate Drain System:** * Cleared the drain line and cleaned out the primary pan. **Temperature Readings:** * Recorded a return air temperature of 75.0°F and a supply air temperature of 54.0°F. **Additional Actions:**
