Here's a summary of the work completed: Indoor Unit (Air Handler in Garage): Checked and cleaned the indoor coil; condition is fair. Confirmed the blower wheel, primary drain pan, and electrical wires are secured and in good condition. Cleared the condensate drain line and cleaned out the primary pan. Tested the safety switch. Verified the blower motor is working properly within manufacturer's specifications. Checked the antimicrobial filter; customer will replace it with their own spare filters (size 20x20x1). Outdoor Unit (Heat Pump on Side of House): Confirmed the outdoor coil is clean and in good condition. Verified the condenser fan motor, compressor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, compressor start capacitor, and contactor are working properly within manufacturer's specifications.
