Today, I arrived on site to perform summer maintenance on the HVAC equipment. Overall Equipment Condition: Good condition noted for both indoor and outdoor units. Indoor Unit Details: Located in the crawl space as an air handler. Services the whole home with 2 zones. Pleated filter (2-6") replaced today. Filter size: 20x25 Honeywell. Outdoor Unit Details: Positioned on the side of the house as a heat pump. Outdoor coil cleaned today and is in good condition. Electrical Components: Blower Motor, Heat Strip Kit, Condenser Fan Motor, Compressor, Compressor Run Capacitor, Fan Run Capacitor, Contactor, and Electrical Wiring tested and functioning properly within manufacturer specs. Inspections: Blower Wheel, Primary Drain Pan, and Electrical Wires secured and in good condition. No components found in poor condition. Temperature Readings: Return Air Temperature: 74.3°F. Supply Air Temperature: 56.8°F. Condensate Drain System: Cleared drain line, cleaned out primary pan, tested safety switch,
