Today I arrived on site and performed a summer time maintenance on your HVAC equipment. Indoor Unit (Furnace in Attic Closet): Confirmed the overall equipment condition is good. Checked the pleated 1" filter (20x20x1). Customer has spare filters and will replace it themselves. Verified the indoor coil is clean and in good condition. Outdoor Unit (Straight Cool on Side of House): Confirmed the outdoor coil is clean and in good condition. Electrical Components (Tested and Working): Verified proper operation and amperage of the blower motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, compressor start capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring. System Components (Inspected and Working): Confirmed the blower wheel, primary drain pan, and electrical wires are secured and in good condition.
