Today I arrived on site and performed the following maintenance checks: **Equipment Overview:** * The overall equipment condition is fair. * The indoor unit is a furnace package unit. * The outdoor unit is a straight cool package unit located on the side of the house. **Component Inspections:** * Checked the pleated 1" filter (14x20x1) today. * The indoor and outdoor coils are in good, clean condition. * The blower wheel, primary drain pan, and electrical wires are secured and in good condition. **Electrical Testing:** * Tested and confirmed the blower motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, fan run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, electrical wiring, and contactor are working properly within manufacturer's specifications.
