Today I arrived on site and performed a summer tune-up on the whole-home system. **Indoor Unit (Attic/Garage):** * Replaced the 20x20 pleated filter. * Observed the indoor coil to be in fair condition. **Outdoor Unit (Side of House):** * Observed the outdoor coil to be in fair condition. * Verified proper operation of the blower motor, condenser fan motor, compressor, blower run capacitor, compressor run capacitor, fan run capacitor, contactor, and electrical wiring. * Confirmed the blower wheel, secondary drain pan, primary drain pan, and electrical wires are secured and in good condition. **Condensate Drain System:** * Cleared the drain line. * Cleaned out the primary and secondary pans. * Tested the safety switch. **System Performance:** * Measured a return air temperature of 80.0°F and a supply air temperature of 64.0°F. **Additional Actions:** * Dusted the thermostat and return grills. * Restored power to the units. * Tested thermostat operation.
