Customer called us out because the air conditioner was not keeping up with the set temperature. Upon investigation, Troy found that the sub cooling was below normal. During investigation, the condenser came loose off of a rotting structure and has almost completely fallen off the side of the house. Condenser is 15 feet in the air hung on brackets Which were attached to a faulty piece of metal. Very emergent situation to get someone out there to hopefully save the condenser from falling 15 feet to the ground. Another appointment will be needed to also assess what’s actually wrong with the unit if it hasn’t fallen into the ground and been destroyed already.
