Customer had to sell today because her system was not keeping up with what was being called for cooling. Upon investigation, Troy found that the sub cooling was a little low. After conferring with Rodney who just replaced the coil in February the determination was confirmed that it was a cool day when he charged the system and he went based off of the recommended poundage and was successful in obtaining a proper cooling temperature. Troy balance the system with around a half a pound to a pound of Freon and the split temperature reflected in appropriate split for a 4 ton straight goal. Did not charge the customer as this was a callback for a previous service.
