Service Summary: Arrived on site due to a report of no water. The technician spoke with the property owner by phone and proceeded with a well system diagnostic to determine the cause. During testing, continuity checks were performed from the control box to the well pump wiring. Results showed no continuity on the red wire, indicating a likely break in that line between the control box and the well pump. We proceeded to the well location to further test and pinpoint the break. Upon removing the well cover, it was determined that the wiring was not easily accessible and that we were not properly equipped to continue diagnostics at that time. The property owner was contacted, and we recommended Wragg Brothers for further evaluation and repair, as they are better equipped for this type of work.
