For this job, the existing drainage piping was cut out and removed due to its poor condition and improper configuration. The drainage system was then reworked and rebuilt using new PVC piping to ensure proper flow, long-term durability, and compliance with current plumbing standards, and a new Studor vent was installed to provide proper venting and prevent siphoning issues. In addition, the master bathroom vanity drain was snaked to clear a blockage that was causing slow drainage. All connections were securely made and tested upon completion, and the drainage system is now operating properly with improved performance and no leaks or blockages.
