Upon arrival tech found that customer wanted an automatic leak detecting shutoff. Customer also had an automatic sediment filter and a softener. Tech started by servicing softener. I field tested the raw and treated water and replaced the injector and screen. I then tested the function of the system. Both systems are working well. I then removed a section of pipe. I installed two ball valves on each side of the system and a boiler drain for serviceability. I then installed a wye strainer to prevent the build up of debris in the shutoff. I then installed the shutoff. I then set up the system with the customer. We then set the system to the standard level to prevent unnecessary shutdowns.
