Arrived on site to look at installing a customer supplied Rinnai direct vent heater. They misplaced the vent, trim pieces and associated hardware. I provided an estimate to install a new Rinnai or if they find the parts for the customer supplied one. Both estimates include running 25 ft of 1/2 copper gasline to a gas company supplied propane tank and regulator.
