The customer has a complete wiring harness provided by Rheem for their hybrid water heater, which is connected to a heating coil off a pellet furnace. The customer is experiencing an issue with the suction thermistor on the unit, and Rheem has recommended replacement of the entire wiring harness. An estimate for installation of the wiring harness is presented to the customer; however, the customer has declined the repair at this time. A trip and evaluation charge, along with the written estimate, is emailed to the customer.
