Arrived on site to diagnose no heat and loud buzzing sound. Upon our initial inspection we found that the powerhead to one of the zone valves had seized and needed to be replaced. We also noticed the circulator pump on the boiler was leaking out of the packing nut for the valve. We tightened that up with a wrench and the leak stopped. We then provided estimates to replace the powerhead and to replace the scale stopper filter. Only the powerhead replacement was accepted at this time. We removed the old powerhead and installed the new one. We then wired up the new powerhead and tested operation. Both zones are now operable. Thank you for your business!
