Arrived onsite to investigate insufficient heat in the master bathroom and bedroom. The bathroom has radiant heat and the bedroom has baseboard. The bathroom thermostat was reading 69°F, but the space felt colder. We verified that both zones were heating by turning the thermostats up. The bathroom radiant loop was at 140°F and the bedroom baseboard was hot. I opened the louvers in the bedroom. I replaced the bathroom thermostat as a first step in diagnosing the insufficient heat and verified proper operation. The system is functioning correctly at this time. I emailed estimates for recommended boiler work.
