The customer reported that the room referred to as the gym was not heating, with the room temperature measuring 29°F. Upon inspection, the zone relay control was found to be damaged due to water dripping onto the control, preventing it from supplying power to the circulator. As a result, the circulator was not operating and the zone became frozen, restricting water flow. Attempts were made to thaw the piping using a snap machine and by increasing system pressure; however, these efforts were unsuccessful. The customer was advised to raise the overall house temperature overnight. We will return the following day to reassess and determine if conditions have improved. All affected zones were shut off at this time
