At the homeowner’s request, our team removed the existing bathroom vanity to allow for plumbing modifications in preparation for a new vanity installation. The subfloor was carefully cut and accessed to reroute the existing water supply lines so they now exit through the wall rather than through the floor, accommodating the design and plumbing requirements of the new vanity. Additionally, the drain line was repositioned and centered to align with a shelf feature in the new vanity, ensuring proper fit, function, and long-term accessibility. All plumbing adjustments were completed to support correct alignment and future installation. The homeowners elected to handle disposal of the old vanity and installation of the new vanity themselves in order to reduce overall project costs.
