-The existing tailpieces and center waste outlet connections were found to be leaking. To correct the issue, we replaced the tailpieces, P-trap and installed a new center waste outlet to ensure a secure, leak-free connection. All new tubular fittings were installed using thread sealant on all gaskets. Both sink bays were filled completely and drained to verify proper operation. No leaks were observed at the time of testing. -During inspection, corrosion was noted on the hot and cold shutoff valves and the adjacent pipework beneath the kitchen sink. Both valves were replaced to restore proper functionality and ensure a dependable, leak-free water supply. The water to the home was shut off and the system was fully drained. Existing valves were unsoldered and replaced with new quarter-turn shutoff valves. New escutcheons and bell covers were installed. Water supply lines were reconnected, and the system was re-pressurized to test for leaks and proper operation. No leaks were present at th
