For this job, we came out to evaluate the copper drainage piping after finding two rubber Fernco couplings that were dry-rotted and in need of replacement. Upon further inspection, we determined that a remaining section of the original copper drain piping was still in place from a previous conversion to PVC. To ensure long-term reliability and proper drainage, we recommended replacing the remaining section of copper piping and properly tying it into the existing PVC system. In addition, we provided estimates for the installation of a laundry pump. The customer stated he would review the available options with his wife and will contact the office to proceed.
