The existing water heater was found to be overheating and not operating properly. It was removed and replaced with a customer-supplied water heater to restore safe and reliable hot water service. The scope of work included disconnecting and removing the old unit, installing the customer-provided water heater, and completing all necessary plumbing and electrical connections. After installation, the system was filled, powered on, and thoroughly tested to verify proper operation, accurate temperature control, and leak-free performance. Due to it being a customer supplied unit Jerms has a 3 year workman ship warranty it dose not have a 1 year parts warranty.
