We removed the motors from the units where possible and cleaned three Modine units today. This included cleaning the internal coils, fan blades, motors, and unit housings. We tested the operation of all serviced units, and they are heating better than before. We will need to return to clean one additional Modine unit that we were unable to complete today. At this time, all units are operating as intended.
