For this job, we came out to inspect a reported blockage affecting the laundry area. Upon arrival, the customer demonstrated the issue by flushing a toilet, which caused water to back up into the laundry sink. This confirmed that the blockage was located further down the line, likely in the main drain. We explained our findings to the customer and recommended that Beards Sewer and Drain be contacted to properly inspect and clean the main drain, as we are not equipped to service main line blockages. The customer stated that she will contact Beards to resolve the issue. Customer would Also like a heat tech to look at radiator that is leaking.
