Installed four Aprilaire Wi-Fi thermostats and verified proper operation. All systems are working correctly at this time. The thermostats will need to be synchronized with the homeowner’s phone using the Aprilaire app. No one was home at the time of installation; the homeowner stated they would reach out to schedule a follow-up appointment if needed. I recommend performing an annual tune-up, replacing a leaking Hy-Vent on the boiler, and replacing the zone control board on one of the air handlers due to its age.
