With homeowner approval, we prepared to access the crawl space to thaw the affected section of piping and inspect the lines. While removing the blue board insulation covering the frozen pipe, water flow resumed from the hot side of the lavatory faucet. Due to the washer running, the faucet being open, and an increase in ambient temperature, the frozen section thawed naturally without the need for active thawing.
