Performed annual maintenance on the oil-fired boiler system, including a comprehensive inspection of all major components and safety controls to ensure safe and efficient operation in accordance with manufacturer specifications. Replaced/serviced the nozzle, oil filter, and strainer. Brushed and vacuumed the boiler and smoke pipe. All system safeties were inspected and tested. A combustion analysis and draft test were performed. The boiler high-limit control was tested and verified for proper operation. At the time of service, the system was operating safely and as intended.
