The toilet was pulled and reset due to the flooring having been redone and the toilet not being reinstalled properly. Upon removal, the existing toilet flange was found to be installed incorrectly and only primed, not glued, so the flange was replaced and installed correctly to ensure a proper seal. The toilet was reinstalled at the customer’s request, and during testing it was discovered that the toilet was leaking from the tank to the bowl. The customer was informed of the issue and will provide a new toilet to be installed on 02/23/26.
