Arrived on site to diagnose no heat on one zone. After our inspection, we found that the circulator pump had 120v going to it but would not operate. We recommend replacing the pump to restore proper operation to the zone. Estimate to replace was accepted. We drained the corresponding zone and replaced the pump. We then wired the pump and refilled zone. Purged air of zones and tested operation. Circulator powered up and was moving water. Zone is now operating properly. Thank you for your business!
