Arrived on site to inspect humidifier not working properly. We started by checking the panel which was changed recently. We found that the solenoid valve was getting proper voltage when called for but it was not opening. We verified we were getting proper water flow up to the solenoid to confirm the valve was stuck. Provided an estimate to replace the solenoid which was accepted. Unfortunately we cannot get the valve until tomorrow. We will be in touch to schedule a return visit to get the valve swapped.
