We responded to a report of a refrigerator leaking water that had been installed earlier today by Best Buy. Upon inspection, we found that the refrigerator had not been properly connected to the water supply line. The water line had been left disconnected at the back of the refrigerator and was lying on the floor, allowing water to continuously run onto the floor. We properly secured and tightened the supply line connection to the back of the refrigerator, then restored water service and tested the connection. After verifying proper installation, we confirmed there were no active leaks and that the refrigerator water supply was functioning correctly.
