I removed the existing boiler and indirect water heater along with all associated venting and components, and installed a new Viessmann Vitodens 100 propane boiler and a Rheem indirect water heater. The new boiler was connected to the existing heating manifold, and the gas line was connected and tested with a bubble test and full leak check to confirm there were no leaks. All connections were verified secure. A condensate pump was installed to neutralize and discharge condensation from the boiler to the washing machine drain. The gas shutoff and water shutoff valves were clearly labeled. New concentric venting was installed from the boiler to the exterior of the home. The venting was properly supported with hangers, and all penetrations were sealed with spray foam, furnace cement, and silicone to ensure an airtight and weather-tight seal.
