Installed new burner orifice and combustion air safety on a Rheem propane power vented water heater. Bubble tested gas line, pilot line and checked carbon monoxide levels, no leaks detected. Verified operation, system is working properly at this time. The parts were covered under Rheem’s warranty and the labor was covered under Jerm’s warranty. I thought I smelled propane by the propane tanks and talked to them about it and advised them to call their gas supplier. I also emailed estimates to perform an annual tune up on a propane furnace and Jerm’s home care club.
