For this job, I responded to an after-hours no-water service call and determined the home was equipped with a Pentair constant pressure system. I was able to restore water service to the house by performing a hard reset of the system. During diagnosis, the system displayed an excessive run-time fault code and was in a locked-out condition. The customer was advised to contact wragg Bros for a more in-depth evaluation and service of the system. I inspected all interior faucets and toilets while the customers were away to verify there were no active leaks, and all fixtures appeared to be in proper working order. I did note a hose connected to the rear hose bib and informed the customer of the potential risks associated with leaving hoses attached during cold temperatures. Water service was restored and operational at the time of departure.
