Tech went out to replace two seized up gate valves that would not fully close and to add to stop shutoff valves for the kitchen sink. I removed both gate valves under the sink and replaced them with two more reliable ball valves. I teed off before these shutoffs and installed the two faucet shutoff stop valves to ensure reliability, serviceability, and to ensure ball valves only shut off water lines running into the wall. I tested fixtures in every part of the house and was unable to find what the water lines go to. I went around and tried every faucet and fixture cleaning out aerators in every fixture along the way. With no success I concluded that there were capped off lines in the wall. Customer confirmed that the other side of the wall used to have a bar sink. I also replace the Rohl cartridge in an attempt to correct pressure issue at the fixture. I also disassembled the neck of the faucet and cleared out any debris in the valve body and all other orifices in the valve body. T
