Arrived on site to diagnose no heat on one zone. Upon our inspection. We found that the thermostat had failed and was not contorting the zone properly. We provided an estimate to replace it which was accepted. We first jumped out the thermostat and found that once jumped, the zone heated properly. When we went downstairs to the boiler, we found a hyvent leaking on one of the zones. We offered to replace that as well. We started with replacing the thermostat. Removed the old backplate and installed the new one. Wired thermostat and tested operation. Zone is now heating. We then went to the hyvent. We turned the boiler off and isolated that zone to drain it. We drained as much as we needed to to get the hyvent off without getting everything wet. Replaced the hyvent and filled the zone back up. We verified there was no air in the piping. All zones are heating properly. Thank you for your business!
