For this job we completed a return visit to attempt a number of repairs on the kitchen sink. Upon arrival the kitchen faucet was loose and spinning in place, the spout was experiencing a considerable amount of resistance during the swivel motion, and there was inadequate flow in both the hot and cold water supply. Multiple steps were taken to address all concerns. Step 1) Remove the garbage disposal from the mounting flange. Tighten the faucet to the counter top 2) Remove the spout from the faucet body, by removing the set screw in the rear of the spout and lifting the spout upwards. The existing lubricant was cleaned and removed before applying new silicone lubricant to the rubber orings. The spout was reconnected. 3) The cartridge was removed and cleaned. The faucet body was purged of all water and potential debris. The screens within the water supply lines were cleaned and flushed 4) The shutoff valves were flushed 5) The faucet was re-assembled and tested. The faucet spout swiv
