Arrived on site to investigate no heat in the den and upstairs bedrooms. Verified that both thermostats were calling and identified the circulators serving each zone. Tested both circulators and found that the den circulator had a high amp draw, while the bedroom circulator tested within normal range. Replaced the circulator for the den and verified proper operation. The upstairs bedroom zone appears to be frozen, as there is no water flow. The piping is PEX and runs into a locked closet and then through the exterior walls upstairs. Access would need to be cut by a contractor to locate and address the frozen section of piping.
