Job Checkin

Returned to the property to address a frozen heating loop that was diagnosed during the previous service visit. The original diagnosis was re-verified for accuracy, and one second-floor heating zone was confirmed to be frozen. All other heating zones in the home were tested to ensure there were no additional frozen or malfunctioning zones. All remaining zones were found to be operating normally. To access the affected piping, furniture was moved as necessary and baseboards were disassembled along the entire length of the frozen loop. The frozen zone was thawed using heat guns, space heaters, and a Hot Shot pipe thawing machine. The entire loop was heated to ensure complete thawing. Following thawing, the system was inspected for damage. No burst pipes or leaks were found. The heating system was re-tested, and all zones in the home were operating properly at the time of departure.
