Commercial rooftop HVAC system repair. #1 R/A damper on this unit is closed when building system is calling for it to be opened at 100%. I had them override system and lock it at 0% this motor closed and dampers opened 100%. This damper needs to be flipped so it works correctly. #2 found 3 way valve with linkage all disconnected the system was saying 100% heating but coil was cold. Remove power head (motor) and manually open valve to get building to heat. Building is heating as of now but not controlled by automation system.
