Sewer and drain cleaning. The main sewer line backed up for the whole house. It is slowly going down. It is a 55’ run to get to the exit of the basement foundation from the toilet, and another 80 to 100’ from the foundation to the street. No cleanout visible outside. Something was here prior to me, and I tried finding a cleanout because the ground was freshly dug up. I will return tomorrow. If the line is clear to the rod from the basement cleanout, we will proceed; otherwise, we will need to use a rod from the basement cleanout. I told the customer not to use anything in the house.
