Cleaned and serviced condensing unit. Tested all mechanical parts and refrigerant levels. Found compressor making very loud noise and engaging intermittently. Also found capacitor lower than acceptable range. Replaced the cap using a 70/5mfd and installed a hard start kit. System is now operating and cooling as it should. Customer will renew maintenance program in fall.
