Customer mentioned blower motor making a humming noise. After diagnosing, confirmed blower wheel was actually making the noise. Replaced wheel under warranty and noise has stopped happening. Will need to return in spring for ac start up,( condenser is installed). Will also need to get back to customer about quotes for replacing return drop that’s all rusted. He was considering in February. System is clean, heating and operating quietly.
