Boiler tune-up and safety inspection. Cleaned and serviced the boiler due to the VIP plan. Replaced ignitor and flame sensor that the customer provided. Cleaned underneath boiler drop pan. The system is clean, heating, and operating properly at this time. The customer will renew the maintenance plan in the spring. Performed free plumbing inspections.
