Just received quote on home generator. On average, $6000.00 higher than other quotes. Have been a PDM customer for some 20+ years and felt service in the past was quite good. With this new quote, in the future I think I should start getting other quotes when needing either heating or ac work.

Hi Marlene, we usually are very competitive with our work. For your job we used an electrical subcontractor to bid on the work and we did the gas piping and equipment set-up. The sub's bid turned out to be way off and for that we apologize. Looks like we will not bid on generators in the future as sub contractors can damage our brand and your trust.
