Washed the condensing system completely out. Tested all mechanical components. Checked r410 refrigerant levels. The system is clean, cooling, and operating properly at this time. Service furnace. Found hot surface ignitor and flame switch extremely corroded. Replaced both components. Writing a customer estimate for the replacement of the furnace due to age and condition. Pictures are in the file. The system is operating adequately at this time, and everything is functioning as it should be at this time. Performed free plumbing inspections.
