Furnace tune-up and safety inspection for VIP service club member. Cleaned and serviced the furnace due to the maintenance plan. Tested all mechanical components. Cleaned all sensors. Tested gas valve voltage and inlet/outlet pressures. Replaced the furnace filter provided by the customer. The customer mentioned the humidifier wasn’t showing on her thermostat. The system wasn’t wired in. Rewired thermostat to accommodate humidifier. The system is clean, heating, humidifying, and operating properly at this time. Customer will have a spring/ac visit of 2026 remaining/prepaid. Performed free plumbing inspections.
