Completely satisfied. My sump pump was failing with more rain predicted. John came out within just a few hours of my call to PDM for service, responded directly to what I wanted done with a proposal, obtained the materials he needed for the replacement/upgrade, and got it done expeditiously. John was a pleasure to work with...courteous, professional, and businesslike. He clearly takes pride in his work. The installation he did for me looks great. I did not shop around for estimates, so I can't comment on the cost other than it was not cheap.
